2010, Twenty-Ten, Two Thousand Ten, the year 10 . . . How are we pronouncing it?

After Christmas we had the Browns to visit. We got to go sledding with them which was a much-talked about event. The kids also did tea parties and puzzles and generally enjoyed being together. Jeannette and I spent quite a bit of time prepping homeschool. Eric and Jeannette decided they wanted to try Tapestry of Grace for their curriculum, so we let them borrow our first unit that we had already completed. I always love talking about Tapestry, so we had fun getting them set up to try it out. Eric and Bo, well they did "guy stuff" whatever that may be. :-) Oh, and for the record, Jeanette, the next time we get together, we need a picture of US, okay?

Blythe and Katherine being buds on the slopes.

Jacob is saving his money to get one of these "disc" sleds. He loved it.

William had nary a complaint. He hiked up and down the hill probably 10 times by himself. He really enjoyed sledding.

Here is William following Bo up the hill.

Here is Eric and Bo doing that "guy stuff."

The tea-party.

Later in January we had a chance to celebrate Christmas with Punkin and G-pa.

We may have a future acrobat, right? Uh, Jane that is, not G-pa. :-)

I think G-pa is giving us one of his good "surprised" faces here.

Punkin:Munchkins. Try saying that 10 times really fast.

This is a picture of Katherine and Jacob's school projects: Cookie-dough maps of Caanan, the Jordan River, and Jericho.
