Bo and I went out on Saturday night to celebrate 6 years of marriage. It was lovely . . . but we were both tired and before we came home from our romantic date we stopped by the grocery store to pick up butter. What a difference 6 years and 4 children make in the concept of a "date." In truth we do love our lives and God has blessed us tremendously. We are grateful. We did go out to a fine restaurant called The Winery, with our own little corner table and we ate so much good food we didn't even need dessert. That's where this picture was taken.

A friend (Michelle) and I made the year's supply of strawberry jam which William is obligingly displaying. By the way, his 5th tooth is in, and the 6th is days away.
Look at this bump on Jacob's head!!! Katherine got carried away with flinging a swing and hit him square between the eyes. He has the beginning of two black eyes now.

Happy Anniversary! Can't believe it has been six years. William is darling. I think he looks like Jane. Jacob looks so pathetic and forlorn! Poor child. Life is busy!

my goodness rebekah...that william is too cute!! happy belated anniversary! and your stop at the store made me laugh from the truth of mariied lives with children! :-) going to be up in denver from july 10-30...any chance of ya'll coming to town for a visit??? :-) that was no subtle hint:-)
